Compensation and Benefits, HR Data Administration, HR Reporting and Application Security Admin,
Learning Administration, Payroll, and other related HR transactional services. By partnering with the
rest of HR, our focus is on superior customer service in the areas of cost, quality, productivity and cycle

The Global Operations Team provides a consistent high quality experience for Honeywell employees
through standardized delivery of HR Services, integrated global resources and technology enablers.
The Operations team establishes and maintains service level commitments, and develops and
 implements continuous improvement processes to provide simplified, comprehensive and responsive
support for service delivery. 

HR Operations Specialists is responsible for maintaining HR records for Honeywell employees.
The scope covers data administration for all employee classes including expatriates and executive
 employees of Honeywell across the globe.
Escalate issues in a timely manner to the SME or the TL so that necessary action can be taken to prevent
SLA slippage.
 Provide Root Cause Analysis and improvement plans for any misses to the adherence to SLA's. Conduct
 Internal audits to ensure that there are no data entry defects and if defects are identified, capture
and report them in Siebel CRM.
Interact with downstream and support teams to resolve any issues and inquiries. 


Education level and/or relevant experience: 
Bachelors Degree. MBA will be a plus. BE / B.Tech + MBA need not apply 
0 - 1 year experience only.

Location - Bangalore

Shift timings: 3 pm to 12 am India time 

Knowledge & Skills: 
Strong Communication skills (verbal & written). 
Knowledge of PeopleSoft HR modules. 
Knowledge of Siebel CRM. 
Working knowledge of MS Office tools. 
Knowledge of Lean concepts and Six Sigma will be a plus.
