Eligibility: Any graduates

Skills Required:

-> On seat, 24x7 support to handle T2 level issues and escalations from T1 team.
-> Review the health-check report emails, investigate/act to resolve the issues if any. - Storage proviosioning for new servers: LUNs allocation, Fabric Zoning, etc.
-> Setup Snaps, Hot-backups, Disaster Recovery as per the Business Unit request.
-> Resolve QAT defects as reported by the testing.
-> Participate in design discussions and provide inputs for making optimal solution.
-> Execute scheduled/emergency Changes like clones/refreshes/restores.
-> Handle all Sev1/Sev2s, escalate Sev1s to T3 if issues not addressed within 15-20 minutes.
-> Work on CRM tickets, AOTS incidents and Storage request forms.
-> Write MOPs for routine activities like clones/refreshes/restores/part replacements. - Preliminary investigation for performance issues, if required escalate to T3.
-> Vendor escalation/coordination for anything that is not working as it supposes to be.
-> Escalate to T3 for issues that cannot be resolved at T2 level.
-> Added advantage: Basic Technical certification for products like NETAPP, EMC or 3PAR
-> Should be flexible to work in 24*7 rotational shifts.
-> Must have strong communication skills.
