Role Description:

·         The Jr. P.A. – HD Claims   is responsible for learning and   processing of medical and dental claims for reimbursements to our members.    There are clearly defined expectations with regards to service targets, productivity standards as well as set levels for related competencies such as: teamwork, customer service, problem solving, decision-making and giving and receiving feedback.

·   Working with mainframe applications and Electronic Response Messaging
·   Creating and monitoring the processing checklists and calendars
·   Meeting and exceeding client defined service level metrics on timeliness and accuracy
