Responsibilities :
1. Maintain detailed and up-to-date licenses and hardware/software inventory
2. Laptop/desktop Deployments and Break/Fix/Troubleshooting (Windows and Macs)
3. Printer / Fax Deployments and Break/Fix
4. IT Equipment and Supplies Procurement
5. Hardware/Software installs and upgrades
6. Patch/Updates Management
7. User Support and Training
8. Manage IT Department documentation
9. Perform Preventive Maintenance
10. Basic LAN Support
11. Active Directory support
12. iPhone/ wireless devices deployment and support
13. Microsoft Windows Application Support
14. Microsoft Office Application Support
15. Remote user Support
16. VPN access Support
17. Desktop Security
18. AntiVirus Management and Support
19. Other duties may be assigned
Candidate Profile:
Requirements:
1. Basic knowledge of WAN/LAN networking
2. Desktop and Laptop Break/Fix experience
3. Knowledge of remote diagnostics tools
4. Mac OS experience a plus
5. Desktop Security Best Practices required
6. Experience in Routers / Firewall / Backup Solutions / Virtualization a plus
7. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field or IT related degree and/or combination of directly related work experience commensurate to 2-5 years experience
