Job Description:
IBM Websphere Portal – Module Lead
1. Must possess a minimum of 4+ years in IBM Websphere Portal.
2. Good understanding of quality programming guidelines, understanding of SDLC Process and design patterns.
3. Ability to address issues in performance, scalability and manageability in programming efforts.
4. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with existing portals applications.
5. Communicate and enforce best practice design and coding standards.
6. Writing and presenting technical design documentation.
7. Participate in Code Reviews.
8. Professional standards-based web development using Java/J2EE, Servlet, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript / JQuery etc.
9. Experience using Visual Studio.
10. Soft Skills: Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, problem solving skills and learning attitude.
