Step 1: Pre – Placement Talk: Talk about Amazon’s culture, Business, role being hired for, compensation, etc
Step 2: HR Prescreening (Personal Introduction Round)
Step 3: Written Test: Grammar Test (Multiple Choice Questions)
Step 4: Online Test (Each Role offered has a different set of online tests)
Step 5: Face to Face Round
COMPENSATION BRIEF:
Role 1: Investigator Intern – Base Salary 2.7 PA+13,200(Sodexo vouchers) +Night Allowance (115/night) +Home office Home cab
Role 2: Seller Support – Base Salary 2.74 PA+13,200(Sodexo vouchers) + Night Allowance (115/night) + Home office Home cab
Role 3: CS – Base Salary 1.73 PA to 2.4 PA + Incentives+ 13200 (Sodexo vouchers) + Night Allowance (115/night) + Home office Home cab
Note: All benefits, allowances and overtime is paid over and above the CTC mentioned
