Skills:
– Graduate in any discipline
– Must have excellent communication skills with A good hold over the English Language (Fluency, Vocabulary, Pronunciation, Comprehension & thought process)
– Neutral Accent
– Must be willing to work in Rotational Shifts
– Cab facility will be provided between 7 pm to 7 am.
– Awareness of basic Computer skills (Good to have knowledge of Networking, Server & Operating system concepts)
Job Role & Responsibility:
– Work will involve providing Voice & E-Mail support to IBM Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users worldwide
– Technical Support Engineer – International – Voice/Semi Voice
– Resolving Technical Queries over phone/mails
– Dealing with Clients across the globe
Any Additional Information:
– Candidate will be permanent employee of Artech Infosystems and would be working at client location
– No Bond
– Cab services provided for shifts between 7pm to 7am only
