Skills:
1. Core Java 1.5.

 2. Java frameworks Spring (including Web MVC), Struts, Hibernate, JUnit

 3. HTML, JSP, Servlets

 4. Java WebServices, Soap, CXF, AXIS

 5. XML technologies: XML, XSD, DTD, XPATH, XFORM

 6. UI technologies: JavaScript, AJAX, jQuery, JSON

 7. Java design patterns, Java Annotations

 8. Maven, Subversion, Jenkins, Hudson, Sonar

 9. Tomcat / WebSphere - Should have experience of development using these two application servers

 10. Oracle knowledge - PL/SQL, Stored Proc, Triggers, Writing and tuning SQL

 11. MQ and/or JMS hands on experience

 12. Job Schedulers: Control-M, Quartz

Candidate Profile:
 Experience:
 1. 4-6 years experience in Java design, coding, testing and debugging techniques

 2. Very strong experience in enterprise level J2EE platforms using J2EE design patterns

 3. Experience with a relational database - strong Database skills and good SQL knowledge

 4. Strong debugging and technical troubleshooting skills, Knowledge of code testing techniques

 5. Knowledge of Version control software , Continuous Integration

 6. Experience in financial services industry and familiarity with various asset classes would be nice to have

 7. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

 8. Ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects concurrently

 9. A proactive approach to problem solving and decision making
