Job Description:
1. Good knowledge of structured Service delivery methodologies such as ITIL
2. Good knowledge of supplier management best practice
3. Good project management skills
4. Understanding of operational controls for risk and compliance
5. Experience of RFP with a range of suppliers for the service tower environment

2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Ability to inspire confidence in delivery, a strong service focus
