Job Description:
Responsibilities :
1. Providing first line support to customer on Sales Cycle ( Pre , During and After Sales) queries received through Phone, Email and Web
2. Understanding customer requirements, capturing the details, informing right internal stakeholders , followup and providing resolution( if in scope)
3. Ensuring customer is getting the response in the specified turn around time as agreed
4. Ensuring all the details from the customer is captured
5. Continous improvement on the response time to customer
6. Provide right information to the customer on all their queries
7. Informing the internal stakeholders within organization for resolving customer queries
8. Create customer delight in every call that comes into the system
Candidate Profile:
Requirements :
1. Having commercial educational background on bachelor or bachelor in science
2. Having 4-5 years of customer service exprience ( Industrial products industry preferred)
3. Fluency in English and Hindi
4. Working experience in Salesforce or any other case management / CRM system (Not Mandatory)
5. User of Microsoft and other IT tools
Skills :
1. Good communications skills
2. Interpersonal skills to deal with internal and external stakeholders
3. Good listening skills
4. High amount of service orientation
5. Attention to details and active problem solving
6. Clear and pleasant speaking voice and fluency in English and Hindi
