Responsibilities :
1. Understand the sense of urgency of the business and need to be pay attention to detail.
2. Liaise with both internal/external contacts to resolve the discrepancies.
3. Monitor group mailbox for the team and respond to emails within 24 hrs
4. Ensure all the Votes are processed accurately
5. Ensure process SLAs are met based upon activity type
6. Ensure self meets corporate and department audit/compliance regulations
7. Refer exceptions to the Team Lead before deadlines
8. Identify potential areas for process improvement & highlight the same to the TL/AM
Candidate Profile:
Education Qualification:
1. Bcom with MBA Finance Only
2. 2 - 4 years in Asset Services & Corporate actions
Requirements :
1. Knowledge of financial markets, Corporate actions & Assets Services
2. Strong communication skills - verbal and written
3. Highly motivated individual with a diverse background in financial analysis
4. Working knowledge in MS Office products including MS Excel, a must
5. Attention to details and drive for accuracy
6. Work well under pressure especially during peak volume seasons
7. Excellent problem solving & analytical skills
8. Strong team player with flexible approach and commitment to success
9. Excellent keyboard skills
Good to Have Skills:
1. Confident in interacting with senior internal and external contacts
2. Change orientated – can identify workflow/systems inefficiencies and come up with new ideas for improvement
3. Work in an organized manner and ensure all requests /or actions are followed through till completion
4. Ability to prioritize and utilize time effectively to meet process requirements
Mandatory Requirements :
1. Should be flexible to work in night shifts
