Designation:  Service Desk Coordinator (IT)

Role: IT Operation (Back office) Shift: 24*7 (Mon to Sat)Joining: Immediate or   within 15 days. Experience Fresher to 2 Years (Excellent English Communication)

Qualification Any Graduate / Diploma

Certification : Computer Competency, HW/NW (value-added)   

Good in English communication (verbal & written)

  • Awareness about the SLA (TAT of response/resolution of Tickets)
  • Response/Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, e-mail, about on the issues
  • Provide continuous status information to ensure customer satisfaction over the phone & email.
  • Periodic updates on Tickets at Tool.
  • Good in email communication
  • Customer handling skills
  • Awareness & knowledge of escalation process & management.
  • Good in Excel/Word
  • Vendor Coordination

Experience on MIS /Pivot/excel preparing the reports in excel, DCR, Assets Management.
