Job Description:
Responsibilities :
1. Conduct manual investigations to catch fraudsters, enforce our product policies, learn spam patterns, and identify product vulnerabilities.
2. Perform complex data analyses to derive insight from our vast data stores.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional groups such as Engineering, Sales, and Legal to increase automation, update policies, fix product loopholes, and provide a better online experience for our users.
4. Enhance our operational workflows via process improvements and identify automation opportunities.
5. Write code to design and develop front-end tools, back-end infrastructure, and automation systems.
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in science or engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
2. 4 years of work experience in a related field
