Job Description:
Accountabilities :
1. Develop detailed design by analysing and understanding the requirements in terms of product specification. Responsible for detailed design of LED Boards and system, as per the requirements & architecture.
2. Work out the optimum design solution meeting specification within boundary condition of cost and timeline.
3. Responsible for preparing test samples, Test plans, design documents and to maintain test setup in the development. Interacts with quality teams for validating platform/ module/ product designs.
4. This function requires to closely working with component suppliers for the right selection, EMS house for engineering/ pilot run and test lab to get the required certifications. The position needs high level of Domain knowledge, networking ability in a cross functional environment
5. Contribute to new process development/tailoring of existing process both in development and production
6. Supports in project estimation, planning and risk management activities.
Candidate Profile:
Qualification : BE, Electronics
1. Good analytical skill.
2. Able to understand technical specification of LEDs and PCBs.
3. Basic understanding of EMS process and critical process parameters.
4. Able to deal with external suppliers, particularly PCB/EMS
