Job Description:
 1. Responsible for Products, Process & Customer Quality, work with Cross functional teams in plant, and from different Schneider Unit,

2. Good Analytical skills, with sound technical background,

 3. Lead the Quality Assurance activities for Products & Process, (Process capability study, SPC analysis.

 4. Analysis of problems reported in shop floor & give an effective CAPA – RCA,

 5. Drive process improvement activities in the assembly area,

 6. Training on Quality tools for all people,

 7. Exposure on 5 Why, G8D, Six Sigma methodology.

 8. Collect and prepare monthly report,

 9. Customer Complaint analysis & implementation of actions to ensure non repeatability of complaints,

 10. Be the organization’s leader to analyze customer complaints and returns and initiative corrective and preventive action using G8D methodology,

 11. PFMEA, Plan Control management,

 12. Use Schneider tool and software,

 13. Participate to meeting with different entities and country

 Candidate Profile:
1. BE or ME in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 2-3 years of experience in Quality, Production, Industrialization or R & D field.

Required skills & knowledge for the Position:
 1. Good knowledge in Quality management functions with strong technical background.

 2. Good understanding of the manufacturing processes like molding, stamping, machining & assembly.

 3. Good understanding in Statistical Quality Control.

 4. Good analytical skills.

 5. Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

 6. Good people management skills.
