MindTree off campus recruitment drive has been scheduled for 2019 & 2020 batch freshers who are recently graduated in BE/BTech (CSE/ISE/IT and Circuital Branches ECE/TCE/EE only) . This off campus drive is plan to be scheduled in Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Kochi, Coimbatore, Vijayawada, Indore, Bhopal, Kolkata, Jaipur, Vishakapatnam.

Eligibility Criteria :

(2019 & 2020 Batch)

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech / MCA only

Branch of study: CSE/ISE/IT and Circuital Branches ECE/TCE/EE only

10th Standard: 65% or above 12th Standard: 65% or above

Graduation: 65% or 6.5 CGPA above as applicable by the university guidelines( For West and East Region – 60% or 6 CGPA and above only)

MindTree Learning Program:

Your learning journey with Mindtree begins in our Bhubaneswar office (a.k.a. Mindtree Kalinga), where you get to spend 12 weeks with fellow graduates in our unique learning oriented environment (a.k.a. Orchard). Your learning Leads have been hand-picked from our delivery organization to expose you to real-life experiences and knowledge that will help you prepare for LIVE projects once you successfully complete our Orchard program. You would be assigned to an appropriate industry group/ technology practice based on your aptitude and performance in the Orchard program.

MindTree Interview Process / Selection Process:

We have a three level assessment to select people for our Software engineer careers. It begins with an aptitude assessment (online evaluation at interview venue – logical, quantitative, English), followed by an online coding assessment. This is followed by a face to face Technical interview and personal interview.
