Job Description For Piramal Group Job Recruitment Nov 2019 As Operational Executive:
1. Training to Employees related to SFTI awareness,5S, 7QC Tools & other topics.
2.AET team performance check & its feedback for improvement.
3.AET assessment & scoring for ALL AET on monthly basis.
4. Training to employees about SFTI related activities.
5.CANDO team performance checks 7 feedback for its improvement.
6. Initiatives to adopt the lean & six sigma tools to the site.
7.Organizing rewards & recognition program for plant best suggestion/KAIZEN
8. Support the site leadership team with the tools useful for the right improvement projects selection process.
9.Continuos Value stream update on all future state VSMs & action plans.
10.Preparation & communication of Monthly MIS for site KPIs, SFTI & Projects.
11. Participating in the AET Meetings to observe the progress & to identify the common problems & escalate them.
12.Approval for project saving by raising 2B2 for projects.
13. Solve the AET & CANDO related queries raise by concern dept.
14.Organising periodic events for 5S,CLITA,Abnormality analysis & OPLs.
15.Online training to operators related to SFTI Activities.
16.Monthly AET review on progress & improvement areas with the plant steering committee.
Qualifications required for Piramal Group Recruitment:
BE/B.tech/MBA
1 to 3 years preferably from pharma formulation industry.
