1. Technical service support for customers thru’ with mobile tech / conducting the concrete test.
2.Responsible to provide service by site inspection of customers.
3.Support the sales officer for business conversation
4. Receive & analyze quality-related complaints & proper redressal of the same, thus enhancing the customer satisfaction level.
5. Supporting Sales Team & network in business enhancement
6. Executing the requisite activities (Mason meet, IHB meet, Contractor Meets, Mason Mela, Counter meets, Consumer Camp) as per budget in close coordination with the sales team.
7. Involve & Engage with Influencers
8. Gathering market information regarding Quality, services support provides and activities conducted by competitor brands.

• Should be Diploma/ BE Civil
• Around 1 to 6 years of experience good technical skill
• Must have strong techno-commercial skills
• Should have good rapport in influencers/builders/dealers network
• Age limit not more than 29 yrs
• Salary + Travel conveyance + other reimbursements etc
