- We are now looking for an Operation Support Trainee who is passionate about working in back-office support Department. In this role, you will be responsible for service review content and process and for meeting assigned sales targets.
Your key role:
Full Stack Developer : Apply
Big Data Engineer : Apply
- Creation/Updation of the new customer accounts in SAP/Siebel though FSSC team.
- Responsible for Warranty Asset data compilation and assets creation/updation in Siebel.
- Responsible for Maintaining of YourKonecranes user access to all active Agreement Customers and internal users.
- Responsible for manual VoC entering for Bangladesh customer’s service feedbacks in VoC portal.
- Siebel and SAP support to branch team, if required, in coordination with Key Users.
- Communications with branches towards Siebel/SAP updates received from Global Team.
- Any other branch support required through HO.
