Job Description:
Responsibilities:
1. A good level of accuracy is required in all aspects of the role.
2. Ability to manage stakeholders to ensure timely and effective outcome for recruitment activity.
3. Able to manage a large volume of work efficiently and effectively.
4. Able to take initiative to ensure that tasks are completed in a timely manner.
5. Excellent organization skills with ability to prioritize workload and work to tight deadlines.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization.
7. Good computing skills and experience working with a recruitment management system and Microsoft Office products.
8. Good knowledge of HR policies as they relate to the resourcing and recruitment.
9. Results oriented and able to work under pressure.
Candidate Profile:
Qualifications :
1. A proven track record of having demonstrated the key competences listed above.
2. Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment.
3. Ability to prioritize multiple functions/tasks and manage work load, time effectively.
4. Experience working within an internal recruitment function hiring within the IMEA region.
5. Bachelor degree and at least 2 year of experience in recruitment.
6. Previous experience within a large US multinational environment would be beneficial.
