Job Description:
Experience/Skills Required:
1. BA/BS Degree
2. 3-5 years of prior experience in Customer Support
3. Experience with Salesforce.com and/or CRM applications.
4. Demonstrated analysis, problem solving and skills troubleshooting expertise
5. Detailed, organized and results oriented
6. Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues as required
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
9. Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
10. Solid understanding of Internet technologies: firewalls, web servers, web proxy servers, etc.
11. Understanding of database concepts and data management (RDBMS) and SQL
12. Understanding and experience reading/writing HTML.
Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer requests that have been escalated from Tier 1 support analysts.
2. Answer technical questions, solve technical problems, and suggest appropriate workarounds related to supported applications.
3. Resolve customer service issues and skillfully manage complex customer service problems.
4. Manage customers' expectations and experience in a way that results in high customer satisfaction.
