Answering incoming calls in a call center environment and meeting the key performance indicators
such as first call resolution, customer satisfaction, average answer speed and call quality which
includes participating in individual and group coaching sessions.
The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware and software problems.
Knowledgeable about computer virus and associated software used for diagnosis and removal
Troubleshooting printing issues
Proper closure and/or escalation of tickets in a timely manner in accordance with the SLA
