Job Description:
1. Timely response to functional issues raised by the users, on call or raised in the Service Management Systems
2. Gaining the customer confidence by providing prompt and practical resolutions
3. Create Incident within the firms Service Management Systems
4. If Incident is not resolved within defined time frame, then Incident escalated to Service Desk for further investigation
Candidate Profile:
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
1. Should possess good verbal and written communication skills.
2. Should have an aptitude to learn and articulate the features of the product and guide the user to resolve their issues
3. Should have good listening skills
Other Requirements:
1. Must be flexible to work in 24/7 shifts including night shifts.
Requirements:
Education : Any Graduate
Experience : 2-5 years of experience in International Non Technical Voice Process /Voice Process
