Job Description for Hyland India Freshers Recruitment As Software Developer: The Developer 1 is responsible for development, maintenance, troubleshooting and testing under supervision of experienced developers, mentors, and/or a member of the development leadership team. Developers at this level are focused on learning.

May be assigned to a small project or to phase(s) of larger project
Solves routine problems using well documented methods and techniques; Problems are limited where solutions can be readily obtained
Learning and beginning to apply specialized knowledge of a technology/discipline
Initially relies heavily on senior staff for programming and troubleshooting guidance
Expected to grow skills towards more autonomous programming and troubleshooting
Receives daily guidance from development or project leader
Works under direct supervision with specific instruction
Gains subject matter knowledge in programming language and platform

Qualifications
Ability to work through a problem effectively and provide a solution
Ability to accurately follow directions
Ability to work independently as well as in teams
Experience programming in structured languages
Ability to understand and apply concepts of objected oriented programming
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the principal duties of the job
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
A B.E. / B. Tech. or equivalent degree and 0-3 years of related experience would be required
Strong understanding of Object Oriented Programming with command over at least one of C#, C++ or Java programming languages would also be required.
