KrazyBee Fresher Mega Walkin Drive Dec 2019 roles & responsibilities:

• Negotiating payments while continuing to build a positive relationship with customers. 
• Performed telephone contact with customers according to guidelines and standards to ensure payment.
• Managed collection efforts with a high level of persuasiveness and professionalism.
• Maintained positive customer relationship and minimize bad debt exposure.
• Evaluated accounts and recommended appropriate action throughout the collection cycle. 
• Documented all collection attempts accurately .taking conclusion, and attempt for the next time for the same client due amount.  
• Should be able to handle queries and escalation calls from customers

Mega Walkin Drive Dec 2019 Qualification & Skills:

• Candidates must have Good knowledge in MS Excel
• Candidates should have good communication skill
• 12+ passed out/Any Graduate/Any Post Graduation/FRESHERS or 2 Years of experience in  Voice/ BPO Process
• Day Shift
• Age Limit Candidates of age Below 30 Yrs are eligible 
• Location :- Bangalore
• CTC offered (Freshers)- 17 K/Month ,For experienced -27K/Month
