The Technical Escalations support will directly interact with the Operations, product management and the core development teams. Main responsibilities will include providing platform/production support to internal as well as external stakeholders. He / She should be able to resolve issues faced by clients, which includes verifying and analyzing data, isolating and diagnosing the problem, providing root cause analysis, setting client expectations and follow-ups. He / She should be able to coordinate with Customer, Product and Engineering teams in identifying, reporting and resolving product issues.
