1. Experience should have 4 years to 8 years.
2. Technically should be very strong, should have worked with Java, J2EE, JavaScript, JQuery, Spring, Hibernate, Web Services, JMS, JUnit.
3. Have to know the quality of delivery on various techniques used to ensure quality like TDD (Test Driven Development) etc...
4. Should have strong designing skills.
5. Should be very strong in methodology like Agile, waterfall.
6. Good people management skills.
7. Passionate to get into the research on technology related stack.
8. Very good communication skills.
9. Very good analytical skills and problem solving ability a must.
