Job Description:
Responsibilities:
 1. Develop a deep understanding of internal application behavior

2. Analyze problems of low complexity, diagnose and fix bugs of low complexity when appropriate.

3. Work with developers to identify and resolve more complicated problems

4. Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs

5. Adapt installer, shell scripts and perl scripts and aggressively automate manual tasks through scripting.

6. Provide feedback from customer users to the team.

7. Maintain on-going record of problem analysis and resolution activity in an oncall tracking system.

8. Proactively monitors production and non-production environments and applications

9. Develop smaller complexity features/enhancements in existing system components

Candidate Profile:
 Desired Skills:
 1. Good exposure to MySQL and writing SQL queries

2. Automation scripting: More advance tools preferred; Ex: Python, perl.

3. A prior experience in the production support.

4. Prior programming experience ; Java preferred

5. Good written and oral communications skills.

6. Experience: 4+ Years
