Responsibilities :
1. Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
2. Define the roadmap working closely with engineering and a full cross-functional team across product management, marketing, sales, customer success and support
3. Gather product requirements for current and future products by conducting market research, competitive analysis and working with customers and prospects
4. Work with Engineering and QA using Agile methodology to ensure the quality and availability of features
5. Prioritize bugs and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner
6. Create and deliver sales and technical training for the direct sales force as well as partners and support teams
7. Analyze potential partner relationships for the product
Candidate Profile:
Required Experience and Skills :
1. 3+ years work experience in software product management or technology lead in an enterprise software company
2. A team player with passion, initiative, and leadership ability
3. Prior experience in enterprise, security, and/or cloud a plus
4. BA/BS required; MBA preferred
