 1. Strong Java/J2EE expertise and sound experience of 2-4 years in distributed system development.

2. C Skills needed for Switch Control roles

3. Should have experience to work with quality standards in software development.

4. Strong time management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines.

5. Enjoy problem solving under time pressure

6. Excellent communication skills.

Candidate Profile:
 Useful Skills / Experience:
1. Application server (BEA Weblogic, IBM Websphere, JBoss etc)

2. Database knowledge (Oracle, MySQL etc)

3. JMS useful

4. XML knowledge

5. Experience in telecom domain preferred.
