Hindustan Aeronautics Limited is an Indian state-owned aerospace and defence company based in Bangalore, Karnataka. It is governed under the management of the Indian Ministry of Defence. The government-owned corporation is primarily involved in the operations of the aerospace industry. These include manufacturing and assembly of aircraft, navigation and related communication equipment and airports operation.HAL built the first military aircraft in South Asia. It is currently involved in the design, fabrication and assembly of aircraft, jet engines, helicopters and their spare parts. It has several facilities spread across India. The airports operated by HAL include Nasik, Korwa, Kanpur, Koraput, Lucknow, Bangalore and Hyderabad. The German engineer Kurt Tank designed the HF-24 Marut fighter-bomber, the first fighter aircraft made in India.

Administrative Officer
(i) Graduate with Management Degree(MBA ) Or equivalent preferably conversant with (i) Prevailing laws in the country (ii) Office management with Knowledge of MS office (iii) Conversant with DGCA Rules and Regulation (iv) Working knowledge of Flying Training Institute/ Academy Or
Retired Air force / Army/ Navy / other Paramilitary forces Officer with adequate knowledge of administration and preferably conversant with the DGCA Rules and Regulations.
BAMEL / BAMEC Holder
Basic Air Craft Maintenance Engineer Certificate Issued by DGCA in Category RA,JE and / or PE.
Technical Tradesman (Helicopter)
10+2 Science (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics).(ii) AME Course completion from approved DGCA Training Institute.
Desirable: (i) Passed Paper I (Civil Aviation requirements) of DGCA . (ii) Passed Paper II (General Engineering). Or Ex service men from IAF/ Army / Navy aviation (Engine/Airframe/Instruments/ Electrical).
Flight Dispatcher / Clerk
Graduate with Knowledge of ATC operations and Flight operations. Or
DGCA approved Flight Dispatcher (License may not be current). OR
Ex Army/Navy/Air Force-AFSO /ADSO of Indian Air Force of equivalent Trades in other Military / Para Military forces.
