Position : Service Desk Delivery (Technical Support Engineer)
Service desk delivery acts as single point of contact for IT users on day to day basis with primary goal being quickly restoring normal service to users.
Typical Job responsibilities:
· Respond to customer queries via inbound calls, emails, chat and web tickets within defined SLA’s.
· Active listening and probing skills
· Communication in neutral accent over phone
· Analytical skills
· Logging incidents and service requests, categorizing and prioritizing them, and managing their life cycle as per ITIL guidelines.
· Update users about request status and close request when users are satisfied with solutions
· Level 1 troubleshooting mainly related to desktop/OS, Custom and COTS applications, Exchange related, End devices, VPN, VOIP and share point as per guidelines in the knowledge base.
· Remote desktop troubleshooting.
· Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups.
· Basic networking concepts, Internet and Intranet
· Account Management/Password reset
· They need to work in rotational shifts
Work location: Pune / Bangalore
Salary : Starts from 15000 per month + Incentives + pick and drop transport facility.
